Keep it Simple: 4 Whole Food Meals with Very Little Prep

So many of us get stuck on the idea of cooking and preparing meals…. creating a dish with a step-by-step recipe, taking ingredients and turning them into a final product. But so often the easiest and most delicious meals are not complicated at all! If you use beautiful, healthy and tasty food – try letting them be the final product and not just ingredients.

Lately I’ve been creating filling and satisfying meals by that principal – keep it simple.

Here are a few ideas for the absolute easiest quick meals – simple, healthy ingredients, and barely any prep!
