Sweet Sriracha Brussel Sprouts

This is one for the books – and so easy. I made this for a dinner party that I hosted, and they were such a hit.

1/2 lb or 1 medium-size bag of brussel sprouts
2 cloves of fresh garlic
1/2 medium yellow onions
1/4 cup honey (for vegan use agave or maple syrup)
1/4 cup sriracha (or more for extra spicy!)
Sea Salt & Pepper


1. Preheat oven to 300
2. Sautee yellow onions and chopped garlic with olive oil until softened
3. In a baking pan, mix brussel sprouts with onion/garlic mixture with a little extra olive oil, and drizzle with honey, sriracha, salt and pepper
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through and slightly crispy
5. Enjoy!
